Cancellation & Return Policies
STORAGE FEES
All NON-CUSTOM items sold through our website must be picked up within, starting on the 8th day, there will be an added storage fee of $5/Day (Liquidation Pallets will be assessed at $5/Dey per Pallet). Any storage fees assessed must be paid at pick before the items will be released.
CANCELATIONS
Any item cancelled by the purchaser for any reason;
Will be assessed a 10% restocking fee that will be withheld from any funds to be refunded.
Any store fees will also be assessed and withheld from any funds to be returned.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom Items CANNOT BE CANCELLED. NO refunds will be issues on CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP
Any item not picked up after 21 days from date of purchase;
Will be assesed a 20% restocking fee that will be withhold form any funds refunded.
REFUNDS
Any Refunds will be returned within 48 hours of Cancelations and will be made the same was as payment was received.
